Painting students have completed their portrait project. This assignment required the students to create a series of 3 paintings. To begin, each student selected an image to base this project on. The first image was just a recreation of their image, painting it as realistically as they could. The second and third paintings were close of of any section within the painting. These needed to be changed in some way. Most students changed the colors used, but some also added designs to make their close up unique.
